Micro Transfer Printing

We develop novel transfer printing (pick and place) technologies for assemblies and manipulations of micro-objects for various applications, such as micro-LED displays.

Multi-scale Mechanical Characterizations

We develop experimental technologies to characterize the mechanics of advanced materials from the sub-nanometer scale to the microscale and explore their structure-property-function relationships. Materials of studies include 1D and 2D materials, nanocomposites, biological samples, polymers and metals.
